Provider onboarding
Submit practice, provider, billing, and contact information through Meridian’s provider form for review and account setup.
Workflow alignment
Our team helps confirm available testing, specimen requirements, supplies, pickup or shipping procedures, and the appropriate result recipients.
Ordering readiness
Authorized staff receive the information needed to place orders, prepare specimens, and route questions to Meridian support.
